Figure ~4hrs tops to do this if you’re taking your time. I could probably do it in two hours as I’ve done a couple Honda valve jobs.

You might want to do a cylinder on front bank first to get used to the process. You will need a mirror on a stick and feeler gauges with bent ends to access gap between valve stem end and rocker arm. Two mechanics told me a new engine, or a rebuild. But this 06 pilot has 120000 miles, the lifters have been adjusted, they checked the pistons. Everything was in spec.
