I am considering two options. 1) Spend two nights in Montrose. We would visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We would also drive through Ouray and Silverton but return to Montrose for the night. From Montrose we would take US-50 E, CO-114 E and US Hwy 285 S to Alamosa. 2) Only one night in Montrose.
