The 21`s grip was/is too large for my comfort. I am 6`1 with large hands, I bought the XD Tact. I shot the Glock .45, 9mm and 10mm and the .45 and 10 were a little large for my hands. I too am 6'1" with med to large hands I guess. The XD .45 fit like the Glock 9 but was a lot better for me and was over $100 less.

The Glock has a much lower bore axis than the XD. The trigger reset is better to me on the Glock 19. Trigger reset is highly subjective and has a lot to do with the way the shooter handles the gun. There are many more accesories for the Glock than any other gun on the market. I like the loaded chamber indicator on the glock.
